That was a dominating win. The Warriors didn’t have any jitters. They went in like focused assassins and surgically played their game. Eventually the law of averages came into play, the Cavs wilted, and the Warriors are now officially a dynasty with their core in the midst of their primes.

The victory is sweet especially because it likely ends Lebron James’ second tenure in Cleveland.

It’s clear this Warriors team had its issues this season, and it’s clear that they need to bring in some fresh blood. Maybe we bid farewell to Zaza, DWest, and others, but it’ll be fun to see how Bob Myers and company retool to combat the Bostons and Houstons of the world.

For now though, let’s celebrate this championship because it never gets old.

And this run won’t last forever.
